Angie believes elected officials should be in Washington to serve their constituents, not party leaders or special interests. While in Congress, Angie has been working to clean up Washington and ensure elected leaders are held accountable. From leading the charge in the House to ban Members of Congress from owning or trading individual stocks; to pushing to impose a ban on former members of Congress from lobbying; to supporting campaign finance reform, like Ending Citizens United – Angie will stand up to the status quo in Washington.

Angie thinks Members of Congress should not be able to pick who they represent and supports a national ban on gerrymandering. She is leading the charge for generational change by championing term limits.
