About The District

Minnesota’s Second Congressional District is one of the last true swing seats left in our country – my district is home to Democrats, Republicans and independents alike, and it’s my job to represent all of them. That’s why I’m proud to be ranked in the top 2% of all bipartisan Members of Congress.

The Second District stretches from the suburban communities in the South Metro to the corn and soybean farms that cover Greater Minnesota. Our district includes all of Dakota, Scott and Le Sueur Counties, and parts of Washington and Rice Counties.
