Newport and parts of Woodbury were added to the Second District during Minnesota’s Redistricting Process
Burnsville, MN – Today, Representative Angie Craig introduced herself to new voters in Minnesota’s Second Congressional District. Craig and State Senator Susan Kent knocked doors in Newport and Woodbury to meet voters who were added to the Second District during Minnesota’s Redistricting Process. After introducing herself to new voters at their homes, Representative Craig visited 3rd Act Brewery in Woodbury, where she and Kent continued to meet voters and hear more about what they’re hoping for in Congress.
“I was thrilled to have an opportunity to meet so many new voters in the Second District this afternoon – and to hear more about the issues they’re most passionate about,” said Craig. “It’s an honor to represent Minnesota’s Second Congressional District, and I can’t wait to take these voters’ voices back with me to Washington in the 118th Congress.”
